About CaseWeave
Built for the people behind the case.
Divorce asks a lot of the people going through it and the professionals guiding them. CaseWeave gives clients practical tools to participate, and legal teams an organized workspace to put that information to use.
It started with an email that said "for your records."
In the middle of his own divorce, Alex kept getting the same email from his attorney: a forwarded court document and one sentence — "for your records." He isn't an attorney. He had no records. He had an inbox full of unread filings, a phone full of screenshots, and a case that mattered more than anything — held together by memory.
So he built a place for the court documents to live, organized. Then tools for himself: a dated day log, check-ins with the location frozen — because when the other side claims you weren't there, you want to be able to prove you were. A few tools in, he stopped pretending this was a side project and built the platform both chairs at the table needed.
That origin is why CaseWeave is shaped the way it is: the client capturing real life as it happens, the firm running the entire practice, and one shared, protected case record underneath. Neither side carries the paperwork alone.
He wanted a way to turn scattered information into a record his legal team could use. That became the starting point for CaseWeave.
Alex Kalvaitis — Founder, CaseWeaveConnect the client to the work of the case.
A divorce case doesn't arrive as a tidy file. It arrives as screenshots, text threads, emails, receipts, court documents and calendar entries — scattered across a client's phone and a firm's five software subscriptions. CaseWeave's job is to weave that scattered record into one organized, protected, defensible case.
We believe the client shouldn't have to become a filing clerk in the hardest season of their life. We believe firms shouldn't bill judgment-rate hours for sorting. And we believe the most sensitive records a family will ever produce deserve engineering that takes them seriously.
- 01Originals are never altered
Every item keeps its original file, fingerprinted from the moment of capture. The record can always prove what it is.
- 02Case data works only for the case
Never sold, never trained on, never advertised against. Case data is not a data product, and it never will be.
- 03The intelligence sorts. People decide.
The platform reads, classifies, dates, summarizes and cites. Judgment calls belong to the humans on the case.
- 04Firms keep full control
We set firms up white-glove, and then every setting — access, sharing, workflow — stays in the firm's hands.
- 05Say what's true. Only what's true.
We publish our actual security model, plainly.
Built by someone who needed it. Shown to you personally.
Every demonstration is a working session on real divorce-practice workflows — and the person who built it answers the phone.
