What we collect
The materials you add to your case, and the basics needed to run your account (your email, your sign-in). That’s the list.
How it’s used
To organize your case for you and the people you share it with. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train anything outside your own case.
Who can see it
You, and whoever you explicitly share your case with — with exactly the access you grant them. Private tools like the Journal stay on your device until you share them.
Deletion
Deleting a case destroys its encryption key, making the data permanently unreadable. Details in the security model.
