- Q2What happens when you ship something new?
It arrives in your firm's platform at the same price. CaseWeave gets better continuously — and it gets better for your firm specifically, because it runs on how your firm actually works.
- Q3Who owns the data?
Your firm and your clients own their content. Originals are preserved exactly as they arrived, fingerprinted from the moment of capture — and the record can be exported: originals with their fingerprints, the case data, and the audit history, in usable formats. Your record leaves with you.
- Q4Is case data used to train AI?
No. Case data in CaseWeave is never sold, never advertised against, and never used to train models. The intelligence layer works for the case — the case never works for the intelligence layer.
